Who We Are

Women+@CompSci brings together students from all Stages, PhD researchers, research staff, academic staff, and administrative staff, to build a community where everyone can thrive in the School.

We know that studying or working in a male-dominated field can sometimes feel isolating. W+@CS exists to change that: connecting you with peers who get it, mentors who've been there, and opportunities that help you grow — academically, professionally, and personally.

This group is primarily for women and all gender-marginalised people in the School of Computer Science, including cisgender and trans women, trans men, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. We aim to centre and uplift these voices in everything we do. Allies are always welcome.
